Responsibilities
Develop and implement data models and algorithms using Python
Analyze and interpret complex data sets within the insurance domain
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide data-driven insights
Design and maintain data pipelines and workflows
Utilize statistical methods and machine learning techniques to solve business problems
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations
Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling
Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and its data requirements
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
