Responsibilities

Serve as the first-line legal escalation for paralegals on contract review questions, redlines, and playbook interpretation

Review, analyze, and process a high volume of commercial contracts, including NDAs, vendor agreements, and services agreements

Identify deviations from standard playbooks and approved fallback positions and determine appropriate escalation paths

Guide paralegals toward approved playbooks and escalate matters outside delegated authority as needed

Manage contract lifecycle management (CLM) system usage, reporting, and data quality

Generate reports and share contract metrics with cross-functional stakeholders

Partner closely with Procurement and internal business teams to support contract flow and approvals

Own volume management and proactively prioritize workload to meet business timelines
