Qualification
Required
8+ years with Angular (14+) and modern UI frameworks
ArcGIS Platform Mastery: Enterprise, Online, Server, and SDKs
Accessibility Implementation: WCAG 2.1 AA, ADA, Section 508 compliance
Spatial Database Expertise: PostgreSQL/PostGIS or Oracle Spatial
Full-Stack Development: REST APIs, GIS integrations, performance optimization
Preferred
Experience in government, utilities, or emergency management sectors
Proven track record making complex GIS applications accessible
Ability to design geoprocessing services and spatial data solutions
Strong understanding of Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and modern DevOps
