Lead and develop the sales organization to drive consistent revenue growth
Build and execute sales strategy across new and existing customer accounts
Support key deals and strategic customer relationships
Improve pipeline development, forecasting, and sales processes
Expand market presence within commercial baking and food manufacturing customers
Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy and market expansion
Qualification
Required
Experience leading sales teams within food production, industrial equipment, automation, or related manufacturing industries
Proven track record driving revenue growth and scaling sales organizations
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on when needed
Strong leadership and team development skills
Preferred
Experience selling complex or technical solutions is a plus
