Architecture and Planning

Responsibilities

Primary responsibility is drawing production
Secondary responsibility is to provide design assistance on projects as skills progress
Job may require occasional job site visits to field measure or check up on projects, however this can be arranged to be managed in house depending on location

AutoCAD ArchitectureSketchupBuilding codes knowledgeConstruction details representationImage editing softwarePresentation software

Required

Excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD Architecture 2020 or later. Revit not required
Working knowledge of Sketchup
Understanding of building and zoning codes
Understanding of how construction elements fit together and how to represent these details on drawings
Familiar with any type of image editing software, and Power Point or other presentation software
B. Arch or M. Arch degree's, or nearing completion of those degree's
Ability to work remotely
