Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and testing frameworks
Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing technical guidance and career development
Establish quality metrics and KPIs to measure testing effectiveness
Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline
Review and approve test plans, test cases, and test results
Implement automation testing frameworks and best practices
Manage defect tracking and resolution processes
Conduct regular team meetings and status updates
Present quality metrics and testing progress to stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on mobile application testing
Proven track record of designing and implementing mobile automation frameworks using tools such as AccelQ, or similar
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
Solid understanding of mobile application architectures, SDKs, and APIs
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Prior experience in leading a team of automation engineers is a plus
Good knowledge in Java Script
