Responsibilities

Support pre- and post-acquisition integration planning and execution, including the development and tracking of detailed integration workplans across functional areas
Act as a central point of coordination for integration activities, ensuring acquired brands are aligned with Valor standards, timelines, and priorities
Partner with acquired brand leadership to identify integration priorities before close and support execution after close
Monitor integration progress against defined milestones, escalating risks and issues and helping drive timely resolution
Balance speed with stability, ensuring integrations move forward without breaking or disrupting the businesses Valor partners with
Support broader strategic growth initiatives and ongoing acquisition activity as needed

Required

High EQ, low ego, and a collaborative approach to change

Preferred
