Responsibilities
Lead QA and UAT testing for a multi-system, payment-based application
Create clear test plans, test cases and test scenarios
Automate a significant portion of test cases for browser-based applications
Perform end-to-end testing across integrated systems and payment workflows
Identify, track and document defects and regressions
Work closely with multiple development teams to coordinate testing
Ensure testing meets audit and data accuracy requirements
Qualification
Required
12+ years of professional experience in QA / Software Testing
Strong hands-on experience with QA automation
Experience testing browser-based applications
Proficiency with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar
Experience with system integration testing
Familiarity with Agile environments
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred
Experience with payment, financial, healthcare, or government systems
Experience testing complex business logic or fee calculations
