7Seventy Recruiting is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support customers throughout the order lifecycle. The role involves managing orders, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with buyers, distributors, and retail partners, acting as a liaison between various teams to ensure a smooth experience from order placement through delivery.

Information Services

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order status updates, and service-related questions
Manage incoming calls, emails, and support requests with professionalism and urgency
Build and maintain positive relationships with retail and distribution partners
Enter, process, and track customer orders accurately and on time
Monitor order flow and proactively follow up on delays, discrepancies, or shortages
Coordinate with production, fulfillment, and transportation teams to confirm availability and shipping schedules
Maintain accurate customer profiles, order history, and communication records
Investigate and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, quality concerns, billing, or shortages
Partner cross-functionally to identify root causes and prevent recurring issues
Escalate complex matters to sales or operations leadership when necessary
Support sales teams with order forecasts, customer updates, and account-related tasks
Prepare recurring or ad-hoc reports on orders, customer activity, and trends
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Required

2+ years of experience in customer service, order operations, sales support, or related roles
Strong communication skills with a clear, professional, and customer-focused approach
High attention to detail with excellent accuracy in data entry and order handling
Ability to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new CRM or ERP systems
Willingness to work every third Saturday on a rotating basis
High school diploma or GED required

Preferred

Experience in food, CPG, agriculture, distribution, or logistics environments
Background supporting retail or wholesale customers
Familiarity with order management systems or supply chain workflows
Associate degree in Business, Communications, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
