Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge and practical experience in Law, particularly in Real Estate, Estate Planning, Corporate Law, or Litigation
Expertise in Real Estate and Estate Planning and the ability to address related legal matters effectively
Demonstrated ability to provide clear and accurate Legal Advice to diverse clients
Proficiency in Research and drafting legal documents with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong Negotiation skills and the ability to advocate for the best outcomes for clients
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in the state of New York
Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills
Experience in managing multiple cases or clients in a fast-paced legal setting is a plus
Admission to the NYS Bar is required
