Responsibilities
Maintain and develop relationships with new and current customers
Receive service calls, contact customers, identify equipment problem. Program and test newly installed NFPA 72 compliant fire alarm systems, diagnose hardware problems, and replace defective equipment
Inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm systems as outlined by the NFPA 72 code
Keep current on vendor equipment updates and enhancements
Participate in development and implementation of Company best practices
Participate in postmortem reviews of projects as requested
Qualification
Required
Completion of a two-year degree
Driver's License
NICET Level II Certification
Move throughout office, construction site, general outdoor environments, and use/climb a ladder
Preferred
3 years of industry experience preferred
