Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
Leadership experience in Sales Management and Sales Operations to drive regional strategies and performance improvements
Strong abilities in Account Management to develop and nurture long-term client relationships
Experience in implementing business strategies and identifying new market opportunities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
An MBA is a plus
