Responsibilities
Facilitating high-level discussions and workshops, engaging clients across all organizational levels
Presenting tailored solutions and advanced technical guidance to address complex operational challenges
Leading multifaceted projects with a focus on quality, timelines, and stakeholder engagement
Conducting rigorous quality checks and serve as the final approver for deliverables, ensuring alignment with client and firm standards
Providing insights into operational best practices and advocate for continuous improvement initiatives
Addressing emergent operational issues through innovative problem-solving techniques, driving effective resolution
Familiarity with process mapping, value stream mapping, SIPOCs and other relevant methodologies
Documenting and optimizing processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Developing and implementing actionable plans for effective change management, driving significant client improvements
Mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Modelling inclusive leadership, promoting collaboration and respect within the team to enhance performance
Qualification
Required
At least 4 years of experience in focusing on operational excellence and process improvement, within the aviation, energy or rail sectors
Proven project management experience with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
Strong analytical capabilities and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, able to tailor messages for diverse audiences
Competence in risk identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies
Educated to at least Degree level
Preferred
Certifications in project management and change management will be highly advantageous
