Responsibilities

Possesses extensive knowledge and experience of industry leading Windows capabilities, integration potential, industry & marketplace trends, and how these align to the colleague value proposition
Collaborates with colleagues, stakeholders, and partners, to define a product vision and strategy that is aligned with the high-level product roadmap with clearly defined business metrics (OKRs) and targets (KPIs)
In conjunction with the Product Director, leads the feature backlog creation for the Windows Experience through direct input with colleagues, analysts, developers and architects and knowledge of the domain
Communicates and build consensus across disciplines when crafting and executing on the product roadmap
Supports development of appropriate tracking and reporting to evaluate post launch product performance, analyzing ROI and product optimization recommendations
Identify risks, challenges and opportunities, with a maniacal focus on strong risk management posture
Demonstrates a highly collaborative cross-functional approach with relevant teams to deliver on the product scope
Translates product roadmaps into well-defined product requirements for POs to develop stories and acceptance criteria
Partners with the design and technology teams to develop, test, deliver the defined capabilities, and rapidly iterate on new solutions
Leverages insights and analytics to form a picture of the colleague experience and sentiment to continually level up the Windows Experience, alongside measuring the impact and success of new capabilities
Reviews and partners with engineering to conduct sprint-related or general functionality demos to stakeholders
Coordinates communications and facilitates risks and issues resolution or change tied to the product backlog & development lifecycle

Required

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with proven track record in delivering results at pace alongside defining impactful product visions and strategies
Strong partnership and collaboration skills, bringing people together
Experience in delivering within Agile methodologies
Ability to lead PI Planning sessions across global product teams
Ability to translate business requirements to product deliverables, thinking in terms of outcomes rather than output
Strong verbal and written communication. Ability to convey user stories and the user perspective
Proven track record managing large, complex features or products with multiple partners
Extensive knowledge and experience product managing Windows platform and devices and integration capabilities
Familiarity with reporting/analytical applications
Bachelor's Degree in related field required; advanced degree preferred
