Conducting legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court
Collaborating with partners to provide effective solutions, maintain client relations, and support the firm’s mission in delivering outstanding legal advocacy
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Family Law and handling complex legal issues in this domain
Experience with drafting motions, pleadings, and legal documentation
Expertise in preparing for court proceedings
Strong analytical and research skills in the context of legal matters
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines
Juris Doctor degree and active bar licensure in the state of New Hampshire or eligibility for reciprocity
Preferred
Prior experience in litigation and representing clients in legal proceedings is an asset
