Responsibilities
Define and evolve digital analytics frameworks, KPIs, and measurement strategies aligned to business and customer experience goals
Own execution of digital analytics and uncover insights to optimize experiences
Translate complex data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations for senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Deliver regular readouts on digital performance, engagement, and optimization opportunities
Analyze user behavior, engagement patterns, and conversion funnels to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement
Partner with Experimentation teams to define success metrics and support A/B testing strategies
Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics team—fostering curiosity, technical growth, and storytelling excellence
Serve as analytics liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business questions into measurable analyses
Manage relationships with internal partners and ensure analytics deliverables drive measurable business impact
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's preferred
5+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 1+ years in a leadership role managing teams
Experience with the ability to translate data into Financial and Operational analysis including to present findings Executive leadership
Strong data visualization skills
Excel expertise
Excellent communication and data storytelling skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders
Working knowledge of SQL and digital data structures a plus
