They are seeking an Executive Director of Finance & Corporate Services to lead finance, treasury, and IT functions while shaping strategic direction and enhancing organizational performance.

Responsibilities
Lead a diverse portfolio encompassing finance, treasury, income collection, financial inclusion, company secretarial responsibilities, and oversight of IT, data, and procurement functions
Ensure robust financial stewardship while helping to shape CCHA’s strategic direction
Contribute to organisation-wide technology and process redesign which will enhance customer experience and organisational performance
Qualification
Required
Current or aspiring Executive Director
Blends technical expertise with a collaborative, customer-focused mindset
Fully qualified accountant
Experience gained in a comparably regulated sector
Experience of supporting organisational change
Values that inspire trust and inclusion
Commercial acumen with strategic insight
Ability to influence at Board level
Ability to empower high-performing teams
