Responsibilities
Performing time-sensitive and data-sensitive mail production activities in a fast-paced environment using the latest technologies
Set up and operating of high-speed, high-volume mail equipment
Delivery, shipping and receiving of materials and supplies
Performing quality assurance and quality control inspections to verify files have been printed correctly
Ensuring proper paper stock is used and print quality is consistent throughout the entire run
Completing all work within scheduled deadlines
Performing hand-related bindery tasks including comb binding, spiral binding, banding, padding, and envelope insertion
Packing, wrapping, and sealing materials for delivery
Functioning as a lead worker for print production work by assigning and reviewing work, training employees, and performing quality control functions
Qualification
Required
One year as a Print Production Operator; or
One year of experience in the operation of print or mail insertion equipment or similar machinery used in a print or mail production facility; or
An equivalent combination of experience and training
You must have experience running production equipment
You must be able to perform essential job functions
