Responsibilities
Support sourcing and evaluation of new investment opportunities
Build and maintain financial models (LBO and operating models, sensitivities, returns analysis)
Assist with valuation and transaction analysis
Coordinate due diligence with internal stakeholders and external advisors
Prepare investment committee materials, memos, and presentations
Support transaction execution and closing processes
Assist with portfolio monitoring and periodic performance updates
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related role
Strong technical skills in financial analysis, accounting, and modeling
Understanding of transaction processes and deal execution
Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
Ability to take ownership and work effectively in a lean team environment
Genuine interest in private markets investing
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
MBA or CFA is a plus but not required
