Responsibilities

Build and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to internal audiences and external customers
Install, configure, and manage demo and lab environments (both physical and virtual) to showcase product capabilities
Create core technical content (e.g., demo videos, blogs, how-to guides, presentations) that simplifies complex cybersecurity concepts
Act as a technical advocate, gathering feedback from the field and from customers to share with Product Management and Engineering teams
Assist in market and competitive analysis to help articulate our key differentiators and position our products to win
Support sales enablement initiatives by helping to create training materials and resources for our global Systems Engineers and partners
Help test and validate product configurations and new features, learning how to troubleshoot and solve real-world customer challenges

Required

Recent or upcoming graduate (within 12 months) with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Electrical Engineering, MIS, or a related technical field
Strong, foundational understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, VLANs, NAT, VPNs)
Solid grasp of cybersecurity principles (e.g., threat landscape, network security, cloud security, endpoint security)
Basic scripting or automation knowledge (e.g., Python, REST APIs)
A natural 'storyteller' with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated public speaking or presentation skills (e.g., through class projects, clubs, or internships)
A 'self-starter' attitude with a high degree of curiosity and a passion for learning new technologies
Proven ability to be organized, detail-oriented, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Relevant internship or co-op experience in product management, networking, IT, cybersecurity, or software engineering
Hands-on experience with network analysis tools (like Wireshark) or system administration (Linux, Windows Server)
Basic scripting or automation knowledge (e.g., Python, REST APIs)
Familiarity with Palo Alto Networks products (PAN-OS, Cortex, Prisma) from labs or coursework
Understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or virtualization (VMware)
