Prepare and argue motions in court

Collaborate closely with senior trial lawyers on strategy and case development
Manage case files from inception through resolution
Engage directly with clients to provide guidance and updates
Coordinate experts, witnesses, and evidentiary materials
Handle depositions, hearings, and negotiations
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of civil litigation experience
Experience with personal injury or plaintiffs' litigation matters
Strong law and motion background
Courtroom confidence and oral advocacy skills
Excellent research, writing, and analytical ability
California Bar admission required
Preferred
Trial experience or second-chair exposure
Ability to manage multiple cases independently
Strong client-facing communication skills
