Design and deliver high-quality AI training prompts specific to game and XR development workflows
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for technical accuracy, coherence, and relevance in gaming and XR contexts
Develop realistic training scenarios and use cases aligned with industry best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine AI training processes and improve model performance
Continuously update training materials to reflect advancements in AI, gaming, and XR technologies
Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ensure all deliverables align with project goals and maintain strict data quality standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
Strong hands-on experience in game development or XR development
Proven experience designing, building, and troubleshooting interactive applications
Strong understanding of AI concepts as applied to game and XR training use cases
Experience drafting, iterating, and evaluating AI prompts for technical accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fully remote, agile environment
