Responsibilities
Lead the installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of solar tracking systems
Coordinate with internal teams, clients and subcontractors to meet project milestones
Supervise the construction schedule, resource utilization and budget compliance
Implement and maintain on-site quality control and assurance protocols
Conduct regular on-site inspections and anticipate technical issues
Provide direct technical support and training to the installation team
Prepare detailed documentation: progress reports, checklists, incident logs and training certificates
Present structured technical reports to project stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or a related field, or a vocational technical qualification (FP) in Photovoltaic Energy is also acceptable
A minimum of 3 years of experience in solar tracker installations, or 6+ years in the photovoltaic sector
Solid knowledge of mechanical and civil works, particularly solar tracker drive and alignment systems
Willingness to travel frequently across America and work independently in the field
Fluent in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Intermediate level of English is a plus
