Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, along with additional accounting tasks
Perform filing and other administrative responsibilities to maintain organized records for easy access
Utilize Excel, Word, and Email for various tasks and communications
Assist with filing documents and maintaining organized records
Support financial operations by assisting with QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
Qualification
Required
Ability to follow through on requested tasks
Comfortable with math and multiplication
Proficiency in learning new office programs
Excellent data entry skills
Preferred
1+ years of experience in administrative roles
1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
Experience with QuickBooks and NetSuite
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
