Responsibilities
Scans all incoming documents to the Division of Human Resources. Validates accuracy and completion of documents prior to routing to appropriate queue
Process unemployment claims and send out notifications to active employees to make them aware of potential fraud
Link documents/actions in ImageNow and routes them to the appropriate queues. Remove from SharePoint
Serves as a liaison between employees, departments and Human Resources staff to resolved issues and answers questions and concerns
Maintains the Reorder queue by reaching out to departments to resolve incomplete paperwork. May escalate matter to supervisor when department does not provide timely resolution
Provides verbal verification
Performs other related duties as required or as directed. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that are logically related to the position
Qualification
Required
High school diploma and two (2) years of experience
