Alumus Healthcare is a provider of senior living services, and they are seeking a hands-on, experienced Receptionist to be the face of their office. Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries, setting a professional and friendly tone for everyone
Manage office logistics, from coordinating meetings and handling mail to ensuring we're always stocked with supplies
Assist with administrative tasks like document processing, file management, and ensuring the front desk is always covered
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Two (2) years clerical experience required
A warm and welcoming demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Effective communication abilities to interact with residents, their families, and team members
Preferred
Healthcare experience preferred
Food Handlers Cad preferred
CPR certification preferred
