Responsibilities

Define and evolve product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across customer segments
Design, build, and optimize growth funnels including acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and monetization
Lead website conversion optimization, onboarding flows, and self-serve user experience improvements
Own user acquisition strategy across creators, developers, and technical users
Build and execute the content strategy across blogs, technical tutorials, social platforms, and developer communities
Develop and manage creator partnerships, developer advocacy programs, and community initiatives
Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns for product launches, new features, and major integrations
Collaborate closely with product, sales, and engineering to drive product-led growth initiatives and improve activation and retention
Own growth analytics, experimentation, and KPI tracking across the funnel
Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to inform growth strategy and positioning
Ensure consistent brand voice and positioning across all growth and marketing channels

Required

5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or developer-focused marketing roles within AI, SaaS, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or API-based solutions
Strong understanding of growth funnels, experimentation frameworks, and product-led growth (PLG) principles
Experience with analytics, attribution, and performance measurement across the full funnel
Demonstrated ability to lead go-to-market launches and feature adoption campaigns
Strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute in a fast-paced environment with high ownership
Strategic mindset combined with a bias toward execution and continuous optimization
