Responsibilities
Imagine and propose new features that improve user experience, engagement and conversion
Actively contribute to the evolution of user journeys and in-app mechanics
Write clear, actionable product specifications (user stories, flows, business rules)
Work closely with engineering, design and marketing teams to turn ideas into shipped features
Participate in product trade-offs, MVP definition and iteration cycles
Leverage user feedback, usage data and testing to continuously improve the experience
Identify friction points and growth opportunities across the funnel
Test, learn and iterate fast
Maintain an active product, UX, AI and growth watch
Analyze emerging tools/patterns/platforms and adapt what makes sense to EQWIN’s context
Collaborate with legal teams to integrate regulatory constraints early in the product design
Adapt product features to local market specificities (regulation, user behavior, maturity)
Qualification
Required
You have a strong product intuition and a deep care for user experience
You are comfortable operating between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution
You enjoy turning abstract ideas into clear, buildable product concepts
You are curious, analytical and experimental by nature
You actively follow modern product thinking, fantasy-sport & gaming platforms and emerging UX patterns
You are autonomous, opinionated (in a good way), and thrive in fast-moving environments
What really matters is your ability to create, connect dots and ship meaningful product experiences
