Responsibilities
Lead and supervise electricians during electrical builds and installations
Oversee control panel wiring, field wiring, power distribution, I/O, safety circuits, motors, and drives
Execute builds from electrical schematics and blueprints with first-time-right quality
Partner with mechanical, controls, and project engineering teams during build and debug
Support FAT/ATP, troubleshooting, and system validation
Maintain safety, quality, and build schedule on the shop floor
Qualification
Required
5+ years of electrical build experience in automation or machine-tool environments
Previous experience leading or mentoring electricians or build teams
Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and print reading
Preferred
Exposure to robotic systems (ABB, Fanuc, KUKA, etc.)
