Responsibilities
Perform intricate hand assembly of small, delicate components using precision tools and specialized equipment
Accurately follow complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and detailed schematics to ensure flawless assembly
Conduct visual and functional inspections on completed units to meet stringent company standards for reliability and precision
Perform minor rework or adjustments on components as needed to ensure the final product adheres to all technical specifications
Accurately document all work performed, including time logs and any deviations or defects observed during the assembly process
Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-compliant (Electrostatic Discharge) work environment
Qualification
Required
Ability to read and accurately interpret blueprints and technical drawings is required
Exceptional manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small, sensitive components
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards
Quick to learn new processes and flexible enough to pivot based on production changes
Familiarity with basic assembly hand tools and measurement equipment
Ability to stand or sit for the duration of the shift and the capability to lift 20–25 lbs consistently
