Responsibilities
Complete payer enrollments for providers post-credentialing
Support Indiana and Michigan medical groups (different payers by region)
Complete insurance and government applications
Manage and update CAQH profiles
Apply for and maintain NPPES identifiers
Maintain accurate enrollment data and generate reports
Escalate delays or non-compliance issues
Support Patient Accounts with claims/network issues
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Ideally 3+ years of experience (open to slightly less for strong candidates)
Experience with providers (MDs, DOs, DEAs, licenses, CSR, residencies, etc.)
Knowledge of NCQA standards and credentialing regulations
Ability to work independently in a heads-down, detail-heavy role
Preferred
MD-Staff credentialing software experience (not required)
Associate's Degree in Business, Health Administration, or related field
Enrollment-side experience
Exposure to CVO environments
