Responsibilities
Own and evolve the system architecture supporting R&D engineering teams
Ensure reliable, efficient delivery of IT services, standards, policies, and controls
Lead strategic, high-impact technical initiatives and influence cross-team decisions
Drive innovation in infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, automation, and platform engineering
Define requirements, design system-level architectures, and create engineering roadmaps
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption
Mentor engineering teams and guide technical depth across the organization
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners; occasional domestic/international travel
Qualification
Required
10+ years of broad experience across IT infrastructure, systems engineering, networking, cloud, security, and operations
Advanced expertise in Windows/Linux/macOS fleet management, automation (bash, Python, Terraform, Ansible), and container systems (Kubernetes, Docker)
Experience with cloud/orchestration platforms (OpenStack, vSphere, Nutanix, AWS, Azure) and Microsoft tools (Entra ID, Intune, O365)
Strong understanding of IT processes (SDLC, change management, incident response, JSOX)
Proven ability to mentor and influence at all levels
BS/MS in Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
