Responsibilities
Install, service, and refurbish agri hardware on farms and commercial sites
Fault find and fix equipment on site, using a range of tools and technology
Review and validate customer estimates for repairs and installations
Operate tools safely and efficiently, including drills, cabling equipment, and diagnostic tools
Provide clear, professional communication with customers, building trust and strong relationships
Take a client-first approach, always looking for ways to add value for customers
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services
Represent Levno with professionalism as a trusted brand ambassador
Manage your own time effectively to complete multiple jobs each day
Qualification
Required
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Practical, hands-on problem-solving ability, confident with tools and wiring (we provide full training)
A mature, self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to work independently, take ownership and see tasks through to completion
A full, clean driver's license and confidence driving a 4WD Ute to rural and remote sites
Reliability, punctuality and an eye for detail
A strong team mindset; someone who is hardworking, respectful and enjoyable to work with
Customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with farmers and clients
Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
Physical fitness and resilience to work outdoors in varied conditions
Basic IT skills for equipment updates, reporting, and record-keeping
A team-oriented attitude with the ability to also work independently
Preferred
Knowledge of farming and agricultural environments
Previous experience in a similar technician role
Awareness of health, safety, and compliance requirements in rural settings
