Responsibilities
Enhance SHI’s CRM product, address technical debt, and meet new business demands
Hands-on development in .NET Core, REST APIs, and D365 CRM, leveraging Power Platform capabilities
Product enhancement, automation initiatives (CI/CD pipelines, test automation), and collaboration with a 30-member team (15 CRM FTEs + consultants)
Qualification
Required
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with enterprise-level CRM implementations
Familiarity with integration patterns and best practices
