The role involves processing and organizing vehicle titles, ensuring attention to detail and collaboration with a team of Title Clerks.
Information Technology
Responsibilities
Process and organize ~2,500 vehicle titles per day
Match titles with bills of sale and sort alphabetically by dealer
Alphabetize and prepare titles for data entry
Once trained, enter titles into internal systems
Stamp/assign titles and prepare them for shipment
Collaborate with a close-knit team of 15–20 Title Clerks
Qualification
Required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills (alphabetizing, sorting)
Fast learner with a driven, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Quick typing skills; comfort working independently and collaboratively
Openness to coaching and constructive feedback
Preferred
Auto title or auto finance experience is a plus, but not required
