Responsibilities
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a project manager implementing technology-based projects
Ability to effectively manage project delivery and collaborate with various technology partners and agile teams
Experience in hybrid waterfall/agile environment
Working knowledge of JIRA is preferable
Experience with Microsoft Project required
Experience in contact center technology a benefit – call recording, routing, WFM, analytics, IVR, chat
Experience in working on multiple projects at the same time
Good time management skills; ability to set priorities, adapt to team needs and meet deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization
Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Fluent in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies / techniques
Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, adaptation, and conflict-management skills
Intermediate Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint are required
