Responsibilities

Assisting the Maintenance Superintendent in planning, supervising, and coordinating maintenance and repair operations
Supervising various maintenance employees by assigning tasks to staff, monitoring performance, and providing training
Maintaining records related to equipment, maintenance schedules, staff attendance, and work completed
Overseeing the acquisition and distribution of the fiscal, material, and manpower resources to provide for preventive, operational, and emergency maintenance
Preparing reports and assisting in the development of budgets and Agency Plans

Required

Four years of experience in the maintenance and repair or construction of buildings or facilities

Possession of a valid driver's license
Must meet the PA residency requirement
Hiring preference for this vacancy may be given to candidates who live within York County
Must be able to perform essential job functions
