Regional Sales Manager - San Diego
Behr Paint Company is one of the largest manufacturers of paints and application products in the United States. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a sales team in achieving sales targets and increasing market penetration while developing strategic partnerships with store management personnel.

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a sales team of 10–18 representatives covering a specific region to meet business targets
Experience delivering sales strategies, market penetration initiatives, and region-specific growth plans while building strong customer relationships
Skilled in analyzing sales performance against defined metrics, forecasting regional trends, and recommending strategic improvements
Strong background in hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and retaining top sales talent with a focus on continuous improvement
Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, cost control, and CRM systems to drive data-informed decisions
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a track record of building collaborative partnerships across teams
Willingness to travel up to 50% (including overnight), work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays, and meet company motor vehicle policy requirements
Commitment to lean thinking, continuous improvement processes, and adherence to Behr’s Strategic Deployment Plan
Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 75 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM database management
