Responsibilities
Work with Project Managers, Design Team Lead, sr Designers and others to transform concepts into visual executions that articulate the brand and deliver on business objectives
Design an array of digital and print assets which may include advertising, web and email assets, banner ads, signage, presentations, environmental graphics and other digital and print media as assigned for internal and external audiences
Present your work for review by the Creative Team Lead, sr Designers and other internal stakeholders–incorporating relevant feedback into final assets to create amazing results
Be a brand ambassador and adherent of brand integrity across all channels and assets
Ensure all projects are delivered in our distinct brand voice and is accurate and timely
Openly share your creative insights and enrich our culture with every opportunity
Be a student of the energy business and apply that knowledge to your work
Actively seek to understand new industry technologies, trends, tools and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from an accredited college
3-5 years of graphic design experience in an advertising agency, marketing/PR firm or in-house agency
3+ years of experience in the Adobe Creative Suite, with an understanding of graphic/web design principles and current web technologies (HTML, CSS) and social media
Experience collaborating with sr creatives (photo/video, web and print teams) and strategists
Ability to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously, while welcoming feedback and collaboration
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while adhering to critical timelines
Ability to demonstrate experience through a strong portfolio of creative
Confidence in skill-sets while exhibiting flexibility in exploring new and creative ways to problem solve
Preferred
Expertise in digital Illustration and animation is highly preferred
Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to break new ground with big ideas
Passionate about human-centered problem solving and tirelessly seek to discover what users really need
Champion of building brand equity through adherence to brand guidelines while meeting business objectives
Ability to clearly and convincingly articulate creative decisions and point-of-view
