Information Technology
Responsibilities
Develop detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
Create and manage test data throughout the QA lifecycle
Perform functional, regression, volume, performance, and stress testing
Analyze test results to identify functional and technical defects
Document issues using defect‑tracking tools and collaborate with project teams
Prepare applications for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Provide support to business stakeholders throughout UAT
Validate that all quality standards are met before production deployment
Qualification
Required
84 months (7 years) – Performing Quality Assurance tasks
84 months (7 years) – Developing & executing Software Test Plans and Test Scenarios
84 months (7 years) – Functional Testing using functional testing tools
48 months (4 years) – Performance & Stress Testing with performance testing tools
48 months (4 years) – Manual Testing
48 months (4 years) – Creating user test scripts & managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
48 months (4 years) – Using defect management tools
12 months (1 year) – Experience with HP Quality Center
Preferred
Experience with additional QA/testing toolsets
Exposure to automation or scripting
Strong communication and documentation abilities
