Information Technology
Responsibilities
Administer and support Exchange Online and on-prem Exchange Server
Manage mail flow, SMTP, distribution groups, and Exchange objects
Troubleshoot and resolve email and collaboration issues (Level 2 support)
Implement security best practices, compliance, and governance standards
Perform maintenance, patching, audits, and performance optimization
Support Office 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD)
Automate and streamline processes using PowerShell
Participate in global IT projects, incident response, and occasional on-call support
Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of experience administering Exchange Online / M365
Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills
Experience with: Exchange objects (mailboxes, shared/resource mailboxes, groups)
Experience with: Email security (DKIM, DMARC)
Experience with: Active Directory / Azure AD
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (certifications a plus)
