Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standard
Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely resolutions
Develop, monitor, and report on customer service metrics, identifying areas for improvement
Oversee daily operations related to customer service within the warehouse, ensuring efficient order processing and delivery
Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to streamline operations
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry
Proven experience with the Camelot Warehouse Management System or similar WMS
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
