Responsibilities
Make courtesy calls to customers who are 1–29 days past due
Assist customers with: Adding or updating payment methods, Setting up auto‑pay, Resetting passwords
Answer inbound calls and assist with: Account questions, Payment options, Title requests, Website/login issues
Provide internal and external customer service support, including 10–20 inbound and outbound calls per day with customers, dealerships, and DMV offices
Research, analyze, and resolve title‑related issues, escalating when appropriate
Ensure accurate processing of title documents, lien perfection, and administrative tasks
Identify process gaps or trends and report them proactively
Maintain strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
Collaborate with team members to support departmental performance goals
Work with minimal supervision while meeting productivity and quality metrics
May be required to work up to 3 hours of overtime weekly
Required to work two Saturdays per month, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred)
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Ability to learn quickly and maintain attention to detail
Basic computer and data entry skills
