Responsibilities
Understand wellness products in-depth
Analyze and gather competitive information for bringing key departmental projects and initiatives to completion and ready for market launch
Assist with development and fulfillment of marketing materials, product materials, and group materials
Create PowerPoint presentations
Support day-to-day operational process and identify streamline opportunities
Work under Wellbeing Consultants to learn and lead wellness strategies and go to market solutions
Represent CareFirst at client meetings and wellness events (as appropriate and available)
Qualification
Required
Must be a student enrolled in an accredited College or University working towards a Graduate level degree
Target Majors: Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Health Promotion, Health Education, Project Management and/or Business-related studies
GPA: 3.25 or above
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Willingness to work as part of a team as well as independently
Experience using Microsoft Office products, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and the Internet
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without Sponsorship
