Responsibilities
Operate high-volume copiers, document imaging equipment, and related software
Perform copying, binding, finishing, QC, and final checks
Operate MS Office, email, and document management systems to open, send, save, and transfer files
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, shipping, receiving, and postage
Maintain convenience copiers; clear jams, perform daily quality checks, and report issues
Maintain meter readings, service logs, supply inventories, and basic billing records
Distribute office supplies and deliver completed jobs to designated locations
Respond to customer service requests and job status inquiries
Support meeting room setup, filing, archiving, housekeeping, and light maintenance
Use bindery and finishing equipment (cutters, staplers, shrink-wrap, etc.)
Travel between buildings and work overtime, nights, weekends, or emergencies as required
Perform other assigned duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Experience with high-volume copiers, mailroom, or document services preferred
Basic computer skills, including MS Office and email
Ability to operate copier and bindery equipment
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Ability to lift, stand for extended periods, and move between locations
Flexibility to perform varied tasks and work non-standard hours
