Responsibilities

Build and lead a team of Regional Account Executives focused on top Public Sector accounts
Wear a 'player/coach hat' to develop Account Executives and their territories
Work collaboratively across the organization to ensure Flock’s products and platform are effective tools for clients
Drive revenue growth and higher ARR with strong balanced performance across the team
Review current sales processes and assess the team's strengths and opportunities
Get involved in the team's top deals and develop talent profiles for hiring
Fill open headcount for the team and complete planning items like OKRs and hiring plans

Required

3-5+ years as a successful Enterprise or Mid Market sales leadership experience, preferably in a SaaS environment leading and developing a team of high-growth sellers
Consistent performance in areas such as: ARR bookings, Pipeline Generation, Forecasting, Deal strategy/Execution, and SFDC administration
A proven ability to recruit, retain, inspire, and develop top talent
Able to work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Project Management, Marketing and Sales Operations
MEDDICC/MEDDPICC trained sales framework
Outstanding verbal, written, and stand-up presentation skills
Energized by solving customer's problems- e.g. consultative sales approach
Enjoy working in a fast paced, data-driven sales environment
Experience closing large deals, ideally within our key public sector vertical
Focused solution selling and becoming a trusted advisor in the space
Comfortable working in a focused strategic named account model with a strong outbound/full cycle sales motion
Must live in Texas and be comfortable traveling into field 2-3x a month
Ability to obtain and maintain Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) certification as a condition of employment
