Field Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service to our valued customers by performing on-site repairs and maintenance
Detailed Documentation: Ensure accurate and thorough notes are entered into service tickets
Parts Management: Inspect, gather, and manage service parts inventory
Timely Ticket Closure: Close out service tickets promptly and efficiently
Customer Satisfaction: Strive for an NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 85% or higher
Inventory Management: Perform inventory checks and maintain stock levels
Qualification
Required
