Responsibilities

Accountable for the direct and indirect care of patient's/families as assigned under the direction and supervision of the primary instruction coach, or physician and/or Registered Nurse once deemed competent in a service line
Adheres to safety standards identified within the institution to ensure safe and efficient patient care delivery
Collects data pertinent to patient assessment in a systematic method emphasis on physiological, psychosocial, environmental, and cognitive patient status

Qualification

Operating Room Technician trainingBLS - Basic Life SupportClinical Technician TrainingMedical terminology

Required

High School Diploma/G.E.D. (required)
Program In the process of completing Operating Room Technician training and one month completed of clinical technician training. (required)
BLS - Basic Life Support - AHA - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire or transfer into position (required)

Preferred

Minimum 1 month Clinical Technician Training (preferred)
Medical terminology preferred
