Responsibilities
Provide consultation and support to all USF executive education faculty who utilize any digital learning technology through scheduled consultations, on-demand support, and scheduled content development
Conceptualize, design, develop, and evaluate skill-building digital learning resources and communication pieces providing faculty and learners with technical training and effective pedagogical strategies for digital teaching and learning environments (i.e. PDF guides, narrated tutorials, and video content). This includes piloting new tools and implementing pilot studies to inform leadership on validity and scalability
Lead in the facilitation, development, evaluation, and support of live and asynchronous workshop sessions and webinars
Conceptualization, planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events including focus groups sessions, onsite workshops, and other engagements for both faculty and executive education clients
Management of projects on internal projects and/or institutional strategic initiatives and management of OPS staff
Work with USF faculty to enhance and update Canvas courses with tools and solutions to optimize the digital learning experience for students
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in the field of training, education and/or related disciplines and 3 years of experience
Degree Equivalency Clause: Six years of direct experience for a master's degree
