Responsibilities
Develop machine learning models and applications on cloud platforms like Azure Databricks and AKS, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
Solve business problems by deploying LLM/ Generative AI solutions by using RAG, Azure AI Search and other techniques
Design and develop ML models to address distribution and marketing efficiencies, including recommendation systems, content generation and competition optimization
Continuously monitor and improve the performance of predictive algorithms through data analysis and testing
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to plan, scope, implement, and sustain predictive analytics solutions
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies, and evaluate their potential applications to improve our AI engineering processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's (and at least 3 years of experience working in AI/ Data Science) or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
Hands on experience with Azure cloud tools, such as Databricks, AI Foundry, AI Search, Kubernetes
Strong background with Python and SQL, experience using both for data analysis and orchestration
Experience in applying analytics and AI tools in Marketing and Sales functions. Insurance industry experience is a plus
Strong business insight and ability to understand collaborators' needs
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
